When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and business information. We also collect review data from connected platforms (such as Google Business Profile) to provide our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve ReviewAutopilot, including generating AI-powered review responses, sending review request campaigns, and providing analytics and reporting.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for data storage with row-level security policies, and Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store full credit card numbers.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with Google Business Profile, Stripe, and AI services to provide our features. We also use Google Analytics and Instantly's website visitor identification service for traffic analytics and to understand which businesses visit our site after we reach out to them. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@reviewautopilot.ca. You can delete your account from the Settings page in your dashboard.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We also use third-party analytics scripts (Google Analytics and Instantly's visitor identification pixel) that may set their own cookies or use similar technologies to measure site traffic and identify business visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
