By accessing or using ReviewAutopilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ReviewAutopilot provides AI-powered review response generation, review monitoring, review request campaigns, and analytics for businesses. We offer free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate business information. You agree not to use the service for fraudulent or misleading purposes, including posting fake reviews.

4. AI-Generated Content

Review responses generated by our AI are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving responses before they are posted to public platforms. ReviewAutopilot is not liable for AI-generated content posted to your business profiles.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

6. Limitation of Liability

ReviewAutopilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated responses, service interruptions, or data loss.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
